1. By purchasing, using, or redeeming a Gift PPI, the User agrees to the terms and conditions, which may be updated or modified periodically.
2. The Gift PPIs contain a 16-digit electronic PPI number and a 6-digit pin.
3. Gift PPIs can only be redeemed for eligible products on the Zomato Platform (www.Zomato.com and mobile application).
4. Once purchased, Gift PPIs cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit, unless required by law.
5. To redeem the Gift PPI, the User must add the value to their Zomato Account, which also registers them with Pinelabs.
6. The balance in the Zomato Account will be deducted for purchases made on the Zomato Platform.
7. The Gift PPI can be combined with promotional codes and other payment options.
8. Gift PPIs cannot be used to purchase other gift PPIs or be reloaded for cash.
9. Unused Gift PPI balances cannot be transferred to another Zomato Account.
10. The maximum monthly purchase limit for Gift PPIs by a User is INR 1,00,000/- or as per applicable law.
11. Gift PPIs are available in denominations ranging from INR 100 to INR 10,000, as determined by Pinelabs/Zomato.
12. In case of multiple Gift PPIs, the ones with the earliest expiration date will be used first for purchases on the Zomato Platform.

2. Go to “My Profile.”
3. Navigate to the “Claim Gift Card” section.
4. Enter the 16-digit card number and 6-digit pin.
5. Tap on the “Claim” button.

As these gift card are sold by individuals sellers  , So after the delivery of the gift card buyer have to redeem or add it to merchant account , If You get any issue with the gift card you have to report it within 24 Hours to crafin team as after that we will release the payment of the seller.Hence no refund is possible after 24 hours of delivery.
