To redeem your KFC E-Gift Card:

Outlet:
1. Visit a KFC outlet of your choice.
2. Inform the outlet staff that you plan to use an E-Gift Card for payment before billing.
3. Choose your preferred food items.
4. During the billing process, present your E-Gift Card to the cashier for redemption.

Online:
1. Go to www.online.kfc.co.in.
2. Select your preferred food options.
3. Proceed to the payment section.
4. Choose the Gift Card payment option.
5. Enter the relevant details of your E-Gift Card.
6. Complete the payment process to redeem your E-Gift Card online.

As these gift card are sold by individuals sellers  , So after the delivery of the gift card buyer have to redeem or add it to merchant account , If You get any issue with the gift card you have to report it within 24 Hours to crafin team as after that we will release the payment of the seller.Hence no refund is possible after 24 hours of delivery.
