4. Any transaction failures after applying the Gift Card will automatically refund the amount to the same Gift Card.
5. Gift Card allows multiple/partial redemption until the value is exhausted within the validity period.
6. Applicable fees/taxes must be paid at the time of booking if the package cost exceeds the Gift Card value.

1. Redeem the gift card on www.easemytrip.com by entering the 16-digit gift card number on the payment page in the Gift Card section.
2. Click “Pay Now” and pay any remaining balance using other available payment methods.
3. Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction, up to a maximum value of INR 15,000.
4. EMT Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.

As these gift card are sold by individuals sellers  , So after the delivery of the gift card buyer have to redeem or add it to merchant account , If You get any issue with the gift card you have to report it within 24 Hours to crafin team as after that we will release the payment of the seller.Hence no refund is possible after 24 hours of delivery.
