Holders (defined below) agree that use of the E-Gift Card is voluntary, and they are not bound by any terms or conditions unless they use or redeem it.

(b) E-Gift Cards:

The gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

The card cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash or credit.

It cannot be redeemed for fine jewellery, silver coins, or gold coins.

Redeeming terms

The E-Gift Card can only be redeemed on the AJIO Portal.

(b) Once issued, the E-Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months only

The value stored on the E-Gift Card shall be added as AJIO Cash to the AJIO wallet account when redeeming the E-Gift Card. The value of the gift card value to the AJIO Wallet account (AJIO Cash) is not transferrable to any other account or to any bank account.

In addition, the loading of the E-Gift Card into the user’s AJIO Wallet account constitutes the user’s registration on the AJIO Portal.

The E-Gift card will be valid for redemption on AJIO purchases for 365 days after it is stored in the AJIO Wallet as AJIO cash

If the value of the products ordered (“Order Value”) is less than the total amount of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance will appear in the AJIO Wallet account as AJIO cash and can be used for subsequent purchases.

Holder acknowledges and agrees to pay any balance amount of the cost of the item being purchased, after the discount has been applied. If the Order Value exceeds the E-Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by the Holder.

The Holder shall be solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or other statutory dues and charges related to the benefits arising from the E-Gift Card.

AJIO Portal is not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if an E-Gift Card is lost, stolen or misused.

The E-Gift Card may only be used if the products are available at the time of purchase, and will be subject to the standard AJIO Portal terms and conditions. Please refer to our “Return Policy” on our website or contact AJIO customer care (https://www.ajio.com/selfcare) if you wish to return your purchased item.

The E-Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions on the warranty card of the product purchased with the E-Gift Card. AJIO Portal shall not be liable for the products purchased with the E-Gift Card.

Terms and Conditions

The validity of the E-Gift Card will not be extended after the expiration date

If a Holder violates these terms of use and the terms and conditions of the AJIO Portal, the E-Gift Card may be cancelled unconditionally by the AJIO Portal. As a result, the funds will be credited back to the same source from which they were received after a thorough investigation.

AJIO Portal reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing it.

(d) AJIO will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expenses or damages incurred or sustained in connection with the E-Gift Card, including loss incurred by the Holder as a result of any delay or failure to perform any obligation to the Holder caused by:

The E-Gift Card may not be redeemed due to technical difficulties of any kind

ii. any loss or damage resulting from the allocation or enjoyment of discount;

iii. misuse of the E-Gift Card due to the loss of confidential information.

IV. any other event beyond the AJIO Portal’s control that disrupts or corrupts the promotion or results in the Holder’s loss.

As a result of (i) a violation of the terms and conditions by the Holder; (ii) a violation of applicable laws; or (iii) any action or inaction by the User resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence, the Holder agrees to indemnify and keep the AJIO Portal harmless from all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings.

1. Type the 16-digit Gift Card number into the box.
2. Type in the 6-digit pin.
3. Select Add to AJIO Wallet from the menu.

Your AJIO Wallet will now include the Gift Card’s value.
Within a year of redemption, you may use this sum to pay for orders.

As these gift card are sold by individuals sellers  , So after the delivery of the gift card buyer have to redeem or add it to merchant account , If You get any issue with the gift card you have to report it within 24 Hours to crafin team as after that we will release the payment of the seller.Hence no refund is possible after 24 hours of delivery.
